Meditation in/with Chaos
Description
Meditation is the antidote for stressful urban living. My thesis proposes strategies for mindful meditation in everyday urban settings, harnessing the chaos of the city, rather than escaping it. The project subverts urban chaos as a tool for focus and self-awareness, thereby expanding traditional meditation practices.
